We work with mid-sized and smaller B2B companies that want to use AI deliberately and safely without building a large in-house team for it. Our experience includes manufacturing, logistics, healthcare and professional services.

Our focus is AI systems (knowledge, document and multimodal systems), workflow and process automation, SaaS product development, and XR, AR and VR applications.

In three phases. First discovery and use-case assessment: we examine processes, data and constraints, and identify the cases that make economic sense. Second prototyping: we build a fast proof of feasibility before anyone invests in a full solution. Third the production pipeline: we build the complete system for operation on-premise, hybrid or in the cloud.

It depends on scope. Discovery and prototyping normally run as clearly bounded, fixed-scope sprints; production development is planned per project. We agree the actual timeline with you in the proposal.

Our work is engineering-led and iterative. You supply the information, access and decisions we need, and give feedback promptly. Feedback rounds are planned per major deliverable, so the solution converges on your requirements step by step.

Our model combines a fixed consulting phase (discovery), fixed-scope prototyping sprints, and project-based development, optionally with a maintenance or support agreement. The specific terms follow from the individual proposal.

We are deliberately deployment-agnostic. Solutions can run on-premise, hybrid, in a private cloud or a managed cloud, depending on your regulatory and operational requirements. Where it is needed, European data residency is part of the architecture from the start.

Yes. Support is provided under a separate, time-limited agreement covering bug fixing, technical and operational assistance, and improvements. Support is not a guarantee of fault-free operation.
