CardConnect AI streamlines post-event networking and contact management by automating the entire process of handling visiting cards.
When you meet someone at an event, you simply snap a photo of their card or record a short voice note. The system’s AI modules:
Extract contact details using OCR and NLP.
Enrich this data with contextual information (like meeting topic or intent) from short voice notes.
Automatically create or update CRM entries with the contact, add categorized tags (e.g., “potential client,” “partner,” “investor”), and schedule relevant follow-ups.
Optionally, it drafts personalized introductory or thank-you emails/messages using generative AI — ready for review or instant sending.
