The Impulse
The Space Era AR Application is a mobile app designed to showcase architectural models for property managers, architects, and agents. With this app, users can view 3D models of properties from both the outside and inside, layer by layer, room by room. The app allows for real-time placement of rooms in live environments, adjusting their size and anchoring them so users can walk around and view them from different angles on their phones.
The app is available on google play (Android) and app store (IOS) , offering an interactive and immersive property viewing experience.
The Challenge
Creating an AR application that offers seamless, detailed exploration of complex architectural models in real-time posed a significant challenge. The key objectives were:
Realistic Visualization: Ensuring the models maintained visual fidelity when viewed from different angles and scales.
Interactivity: Allowing users to manipulate properties, such as changing colors and textures within the model.
Usability: Making the app intuitive and accessible to users without technical expertise.
Device Compatibility: Building a cross-platform solution that works efficiently on both Android and iOS.
