The Impulse
The need to showcase real estate properties in a more interactive and immersive way. Traditional methods, such as 2D floor plans and static images, fail to give potential buyers a true sense of the space.
The Challenge
The client wanted a VR solution to help potential buyers explore properties in a realistic, immersive manner without needing a physical visit. The goal was to simulate fully-furnished apartments that would help buyers envision themselves in the setting, saving time and providing a more engaging experience.
Solution Approach
We developed a VR walkthrough solution for real estate properties, where potential buyers can explore fully-furnished apartments in a lifelike virtual environment. Each room, from the kitchen to the bathroom, was meticulously modeled in 3D to provide accurate and engaging visualizations. The walkthrough also included outdoor views to immerse clients in the property's surroundings.
