iiterate at VivaTech Paris 2025: Key Takeaways from Europe’s Leading Innovation Event
Earlier this month, iiterate Technologies GmbH had the opportunity to exhibit at VivaTech Paris 2025, one of Europe’s premier gatherings for innovation, startups, and emerging technologies.
Over four days, the event brought together leaders, innovators, and thinkers from across the European tech ecosystem — offering a platform to share ideas, explore partnerships, and showcase impactful work.
Observations and Insights from VivaTech 2025
The team from iiterate shared several reflections from this year’s event — key signals that continue to shape the future of AI and digital transformation:
- Acceleration and Obsolescence:
AI is rapidly rendering non-digital, non-customizable, and non–value-driven offerings obsolete. Agility and adaptability are becoming critical differentiators.
- Defensible Niches in an Expanding AI Landscape:
While large corporations may absorb or overshadow smaller innovations, deep customization, user control, and domain-specific applications remain strong, defensible opportunities.
- Data Privacy as a Competitive Advantage:
Data privacy, security, and sovereignty have moved from being regulatory checkboxes to strategic differentiators. Organizations that emphasize responsible AI, ethical data use, and regional compliance are earning trust and market credibility.
- The Power of Community:
Trusted partnerships and shared problem-solving continue to play an essential role — not only in overcoming technical and operational challenges, but also in making the innovation journey more collaborative and rewarding.
- Understanding Human Bias in Technology:
Consumer and organizational behaviors are shaped by cognitive biases — such as novelty bias, groupthink, confirmation bias, authority bias, and loss aversion. Recognizing these can improve product positioning, storytelling, and business decision-making.
These themes reflect ongoing shifts in how organizations are approaching AI adoption, innovation, and trust-building across sectors.
A Milestone for iiterate
VivaTech 2025 also marked an important milestone in iiterate’s journey as a technology consultancy — further strengthening its mission to help organizations harness AI and software-driven innovation to solve real-world challenges.
This achievement was made possible through the dedication and collaboration of the broader iiterate community and partners, including:
- Yashi Shrivastava, Chhavi Saksena, and Shakti Shrivastava – for their energy, ownership, and behind-the-scenes execution.
- Alice Jost, Technical Solutions Partner – for her strategic guidance and insights.
- Moritz Maximilian Simon and Emilio Gonzalez – for their continued belief in the shared vision.
- Pavankumar Umesh Managoli, Rakesh Nagaragatta Jayanna, Rohit Kulkarni, Dhruvpuri Goswami, and Devansh Rathod – for their valuable inputs and contributions.
- Susanne Graffe, Daniela Liersch, and the Innovationsagentur Rheinland-Pfalz – for facilitating this opportunity and fostering meaningful, substantive dialogue within the innovation community.
iiterate remains grateful for the many conversations, collaborations, and learnings that emerged from VivaTech — and looks forward to continuing its journey of building purposeful, human-centered AI solutions.
Onward to the next iteration.
